: The manuscript discusses the processing of molding sand reclamation systems and environmental issues with different resin binder systems. In the optimization of the molding system, detailed understandings of molten metal type, casting method, the ease of access to molding material, the core and mold manufacturing equipment, and quality criteria all influence the bonding mechanism and mould material chosen these elements are required. So this research article has greater industrial relevance. At present environmental issues need to be considered as per government norms so this study also helps to minimize environmental issues related to different resin binder systems.
