: The study has received ethical approval and is registered under International Standard Randomised Controlled Trial Number ISRCTN 12497973, as well as at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06643442). The REDMeD Trial will be conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and its later amendments. The study protocol for the REDMeD trial was reviewed and approved by the London—Hampstead Research Ethics Committee (25/LO/0361) and by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, MHRA (IRAS number 1009946). Survey participants consented to the anonymized use of their information. Written consent was obtained by parents, oral assent by children, according to their age and development.
