: The study was conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements in Japan, and in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and its later amendments. An electronic informed consent was obtained on the questionnaire prior to participants entering the survey where the nature, purpose, and duration of the study were explained to each participant. Each participant was informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time and for any reason.
