: This study involved use of IQVIA de-identified data, with proper permission for its use. Data were de-identified by IQVIA and comply with HIPAA and the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The US Department of Health and Human Services does not consider analysis of de-identified secondary data to meet the definition for human subject research. Therefore, this study was exempt from federal regulations and did not require patient consent or IRB review.
