: The study protocol was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and received approval from the Medical Ethics Committee of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Approval No. 2023S043). The specimens used in this study consisted of residual blood samples collected during routine clinical testing and retained in the clinical laboratory. The Ethics Committee approved the waiver of informed consent, as the study involved the use of de-identified residual specimens with no patient intervention.
