: The participating infusion centers are managed by a single organizational entity and share a centralized electronic medical record and data management system. As all data were maintained and accessed through this centralized system and no site-specific research activities were conducted, a single institutional review board approval covered all participating locations. The investigator and authors are authorized employees of this organizational entity and had organizational permission to access and analyze de-identified data for research purposes. The exempt study was conducted under our IRB approval from BRANY IRB #22–12-677–1297, and all data were handled in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
