: Ethical approval was not required as the study did not involve human subjects or identifiable personal data and consisted solely of a literature review and expert consensus process. For the Delphi process, all participants were informed during a web meeting about the study objectives, the planned publication of the results, and the voluntary nature of participation. Those who declined participation were asked to notify the investigators by email. The independence of participants was ensured by collecting responses through anonymous web-based questionnaires. Aggregated survey results were shared with the Delphi panel with individual responses anonymized.
