: This study was registered on the clinical trials database of the Brazilian National Research Ethics Commission and approved by this Commission (ReBEC registration number RBR-8mj25hx). The study was also approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee Comissão Nacional de Etica em Pesquisa—CONEP (master center CETOS protocol CAAE number 58983422.7.1001.9867), with amendments to the main protocol for each of the three study centers (Electronic Supplementary Material [ESM] Table 1). It was conducted in accordance with the tenents of the Declaration of Helsinki and current legislation on clinical research. Written informed consent was obtained from all subjects after explanation of the procedures and study requirements and image use authorization.
