: This study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and received approval from the Ethics Committee of West China Hospital, Sichuan University. This article is based on previously conducted studies and does not contain any new studies with human participants or animals performed by any of the authors. This study was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The included studies were evaluated using the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions, presenting the risk of bias summary following a quality assessment of 22 studies, focusing on (1) generation of random sequences; (2) concealment of allocation; (3) blinding of participants and staff; (4) blinding in outcome evaluation; (5) incomplete outcome data; (6) selective reportage; and (7) additional bias. This study was registered in the Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO), and the registration no. was CRD42024504502
