: All experimental and investigation trails was conducted during the period from May to October 2020 in the foot care center at “Kobri El Koba Military Complex Hospital”. The study was ethically approved by the Institutional Ethical Committee of the “Faculty of Physical Therapy, Cairo University, Egypt (No: P.T.REC/009/002144)” and was registered on PACTR (PACTR202005532154206) at 22 May 2020.
