: This study was approved by the Tabriat Modares University ethics committee (IR.MODARES.REC.1402.123). All participants will provide informed written consent. Potential subjects will be identified by the physical therapist and be informed of the study details. All patients will be provided with a patient information sheet outlining the purpose of the study. Formal written consent will be taken at the first visit. The patient will have opportunities to further discuss their participation at their initial visit. The patient will be free to refuse to take part or withdraw from the study at any time and this decision will not affect their care. Any protocol amendments will be promptly communicated to all relevant parties, including investigators, registry of clinical trials, ethics committee, and participants when applicable. Amendments will be documented, dated, and distributed through formal written notifications and updated protocol versions. The name of the participants will be used for coding and saving their data, ensuring confidentiality and their satisfaction on the use of their data for analysis and release will be reflected through signing the consent form.

A summary of the findings will also be shared with participants upon request, and relevant results will be communicated to healthcare professionals through workshops or seminars. Data will be made available upon reasonable request to the corresponding author, following completion of data extraction from all relevant studies related to this work.
