: For this study, a formal ethical approval is not required as the outcome measures and the treatment described are part of the standard treatment programme. At admission each young person and their families are asked to give consent for the use of data for clinical and research purposes. This procedure has been reviewed and agreed by Rhodes Wood Hospital, Elysium Healthcare—Ethical Committee and University of Exeter CLES—Psychological Ethics Committee. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants in the study at the admission following the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was also obtained from the parents/legal guardian of those included in the study due to the participants being under 18 years old.
