The sponsor distributed study documentation to clinicians participating in the study in accordance with the Pharma Code (Pharmakodex, 2015). All clinicians received an expense allowance for their involvement in the study, which was based on the time required to complete the relevant tasks (communicate information and complete study documentation) at each study visit.
