: NM and SNH conceptualised the review. KJ drafted the protocol for the systematic review with guidance from NM, SNH, LKO, ECKT and SL. An academic librarian from the University of Sydney, Kanchana Ekanayake, experienced in medicine and health research, provided guidance with the search strategy. KJ and BL conducted study screening. KJ undertook data extraction, which was checked by BL. KJ applied the Joanna Briggs Institute tool to each study, which was checked by BL. KJ formulated the initial and revised manuscript, with critical review and feedback from all authors. All authors read and approved the final manuscript.
