: The survey around what research is important in the area of health preferences was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards and was exempt from ethics approval under 45 CFR 46.104(d)(2) for Educational Tests, Surveys, Interviews, or Observation of Public Behavior. This is a study of expert opinion. Recruitment was conducted through professional networks. Only information regarding personal opinions about a non-personally sensitive subject was collected. As this would not reasonably place the subjects at risk of personal or professional harm, it was not considered human subjects research. Personal identifiers of participating researchers were not collected, and the identification of participants cannot readily be ascertained directly or through the information provided by participants (ExternalRef removed).
