: All patients or their legal representatives provided signed, informed consent to allow the collection of personal clinical and genetic data and their use for research purposes. The data were collected in compliance with the national French data protection regulations (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés [CNIL]). Due to the design of the study being based on routine clinical practice, approval of the study protocol by an institutional review board was not necessary.
