: This research was approved by the ethical review committees of Capital Normal University in China. We confirm that the guidelines outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki were followed. The participants of this study were teachers, and only questionnaires were given to teachers, including stress mindset questionnaire, time poverty questionnaire, depression, anxiety and stress questionnaire. After receiving these permissions from participating schools, we sent these questionnaires to the teachers and explained the purpose of this study as well as the ethical principles of scientific research. All participating teachers agreed to participate, and they were free to withdraw from this research at any time. All materials and procedures were approved by the University’s Research Ethical Committee of the corresponding author.
