: Both co-authors, via their employers, entered into the research co-operation MoU mentioned in the “Funding” section. Vives-Vallés is a member of a research team which entered into a consultancy agreement with a wine Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). Recently, the CPVO and the University of the Balearic Islands signed an agreement for Vives-Vallés to carry out a stay at the CPVO headquarters to provide advice “in the development of R&D projects and activities” as well as “in relation to legal, technical or strategic matters”.
