: DTC is the most common type of thyroid cancer. Most DTC patients have a good prognosis, but 20% of them will have regional or local tumor recurrence, and about 10% of them will have distant metastasis at the time of diagnosis or during follow-up. [68 Ga]FAPI PET/CT can visualize the expression of CAF, which is more specific for the diagnosis of tumors than [18F]FDG PET/CT. At present, the utility of [68 Ga]FAPI PET/CT in detecting thyroid cancer lesions and guiding radioligand therapy is still controversial. The purpose of this study is to explore the diagnostic effect of [68 Ga]FAPI PET/CT on recurrence and metastasis of DTC patients after total thyroidectomy.
