: The design of this research and all the methods performed involving human specimens or data were in accordance with the principles of the Medical Ethics Committee of the People’s Hospital of Ma Anshan and the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki (revised in 2013). Ethical approval was attained form the Medical Ethics Committee of the People’s Hospital of Ma Anshan (Batch No.: ME2019-001-011, date of approval: Jan 9, 2019). Animal study schemes were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the People’s Hospital of Ma Anshan. All animal experiments were conducted in compliance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Medical Laboratory Animals (Ministry of Health, China) and institutional guidelines. All the animals were maintained under anesthesia during the model-building, tracer injection, and scanning periods to avoid animal suffering. This study was reported in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines.
: As for investigation with clinical samples, informed consent had been obtained from all recruited subjects in the People’s Hospital of Ma Anshan. This work did not contain any procedures which might bring in added risk of harm to patients compared with the routine medical procedures.
