:
: As the study design carried minimal risks and required minimal contact with study participants, exempt status was sought from the Pearl IRB, a centralized institutional review board. In December 2022, following review of the study protocol, surveys, information sheet, and informed consent, Pearl IRB granted exempt status prior to survey launch. Survey data were collected anonymously; patient and caregiver participants could not be directly identified, with data combined for presentation in this publication.
