Ethical Approval: The Adelphi Real-World NSCLC DSP was conducted in line with EphMRA guidelines [ ] and survey materials were submitted to the PEARL IRB (ID: 2023-0318) and were deemed to be exempt. Each survey was performed in full accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki of 1964 (and its later amendments) [ ], the United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act 1996 [ ], and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act legislation [ ]. All participants provided their informed consent to take part in the self-report questionnaire, and no identifiable protected health information was extracted during the course of the survey. Data were anonymized and aggregated before being shared with the study team and/or for analysis and publication.
