: This research was conducted in full compliance with ethical standards set by the relevant institutional ethics committees, in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments or equivalent ethical guidelines.

: In accordance with national regulations andinstitutional ethical standards, the first author obtained written informedconsent from 30 participants affiliated with the SME Chamber of India.The process was conducted between October 5th and December 5th, 2022.Participants, and where applicable, their companies’ representatives,received clear information on the study’s purpose, procedures, voluntarynature, and their right to withdraw. Confidentiality and anonymity wereassured, with no personally identifiable information collected. Data werecollected through anonymous paper-based questionnaires and used solelyfor academic research, with no commercial application.
