: Human participants are included in this paper as the study has conducted on itinerant elderly community. The authors followed the ethical guidelines of the University of Malaya Research Ethical Committee (Reference # UM.TNC2/UMREC-274) to obtain a permission letter to collect data from these human participants.
: Informed consent was obtained from all the participants included in the study by providing them a document about research objectives and the nature of the study. In some cases, verbal consent was taken where the respondents were illiterate.
