The author received ethical approval for the present study from the Institutional Review Board of the International Institute for Population Sciences. The ethical approval certificate number is IIPS/AC/MR/IO-889/2022. All Participants were given an information sheet and informed consent form before interviews. For illiterate participants, these documents were read aloud in a familiar language with a witness present. The study maintained flexible participation, ensured confidentiality using pseudonyms, and created a safe, comfortable interview environment.
