: This study was conducted as part of the first author's PhD research project in Zimbabwe. The project received funding from University of Wollongong and was ethically approved by the University’s Human Research Ethics Committee with approval number 2023/228. The study also received local ethics approval from Medical Research Council of Zimbabwe with approval number, MRCZA3134. Fieldwork was undertaken in study communities following ethical principles of informed consent, voluntary participation, confidentiality and community reciprocity.
