: This study was approved by the University of California, San Francisco Institutional Review Board (18–24593), which was the institution of the senior author at the time of recruitment, data collection, and data analysis of the focus groups. We obtained a waiver for signed consent for this project and were approved to obtain verbal consent. Participants were emailed the consent form before the focus group, and then the moderator reviewed it again at the beginning of the focus group. The moderator asked if the participants had any questions about the consent format and answered questions. Then the moderator asked participants if they agreed to participate in the study and recorded their verbal consent.
