Consent to Participate: We received a waiver of written and signed consent from our Institutional Review Board, as this research was determined to be minimal risk, and all data collection occurred virtually. Participants who consented to schedule an interview received a study information document outlining all relevant consent information (e.g., risks, benefits, contact information) via email. Verbal consent on Zoom was obtained before beginning the interviews.
