: This study was performed using data extracted from the French DIVAT cohort ( , approved by the CNIL, n°914184). The quality of the DIVAT data bank is validated by an annual cross-center audit and have been reviewed by the appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the Declaration of Helskinki 2000 as well as the Declaration of Istanbul 2008.
