: This was a retrospective observational study in which study participants did not receive new interventions or invasive procedures. This study was performed according to the Ethical Guidelines for Medical and Health Research Involving Human Subjects established by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (Japan) and the Institutional Review Board of Kasugai Municipal Hospital. The institutional review board at our hospital approved the study protocol (approval no. 221).
