Compliance with Ethical Standards
: Approval for the present study was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of the Aga Khan University, Karachi, Pakistan. All possible measures were taken to address anonymity, confidentiality, and respect of study participants. Responses to the survey were obtained through a specially generated email. All participants were given study identity number which was used throughout the study. All data was kept in lock and key with the research team, and electronic files were protected by a password.
