: The study protocol was submitted to Northwestern University Institutional Review Board (IRB) who reviewed the submission and determined that the proposed activity is not research involving human subjects, and that further IRB review and approval is not requested. Date of notification June 2, 2023. IRB ID: STU00219325. Four sites (CC, KP, EG, and MSJ) sought and received approval from their own local IRBs. Northwestern University Institutional Review Board waived the need of informed consent. The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki.
