: The present study was approved by the Makerere School of Public Health Research and Ethics Committee (MakSPH-20-2022). Before the interviews, the participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any time. They were informed the research aim. The interviews took place in quiet places in the centers where the conversations could take place in private with no interruptions. Additionally, it was emphasized that after the interviews were over, the audio data would be destroyed after it had been transcribed, maintaining confidentiality and anonymity. Also, interview audio recordings were saved to a passworded protected files and computer immediately after the interview. Before data collection, the participants signed a consent form.
