: Approval was obtained from the Ethical Committee. The author performed the intervention under the proper and continuous guidance of his psychotherapy supervisor, Dr. Diptarup Choudhury, Associate Professor at the Department of Clinical Psychology, LGBRIMH. Moreover, it was a part of the treatment process and a referred case for Psychotherapeutic Intervention from the Department of Psychiatry. The author did this case to partially fulfil his M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology Degree under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). This case report was duly approved by the Head of the Department of Clinical Psychology for submission to Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) to partially fulfil the degree. No form of potential harm/danger was involved in the intervention.

: The author has obtained informed consent in both written and verbal form from the patient. The patient has consented for images and other clinical information relating to her case to be reported in a medical publication. The patient understands that her name and initials will not be published and that efforts will be made to conceal her identity, but anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
