: The data collection methodology and survey questionnaires were reviewed and approved by the Western Institutional Review Board (protocol numbers #1-1253914-1 [RA 2020 wave], #20210318 [SpA]) or Pearl Institutional Review Board (protocol numbers #21-ADRW-104 [RA 2021/2022 wave], #21-ADRW-124 [PsO]).
