: The INDIGO study protocol has been approved by relevant health authorities and institutional review boards and was activated at 114 sites in Argentina, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, and United States. The trial is conducted in accordance with consensus ethical principles derived from the Declaration of Helsinki and applicable International Council for Harmonisation–Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) guidelines. All patients provide written informed consent prior to any study procedures.
