All participants provided informed consent and were assured of confidentiality and anonymity. Identifying details were removed during transcription, and pseudonyms were used in reporting excerpts. Participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any stage without consequence. Data was stored securely in accordance with University data protection policies and GDPR guidelines.
