: The study protocol was reviewed by an institutional review board (Advarra IRB, Columbia, MD, USA) and determined to be exempt from IRB oversight based on US regulation 45 CFR 46.104(d)(2). The study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964, and its later amendments. It was conducted in compliance with US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, and all data collected were treated as strictly confidential in accordance with local, state, and federal law. Data containing subject-specific or personal information (e.g., demographic forms, field notes, transcription documents) were identified by a subject study number to protect participant confidentiality. All participants provided electronic informed consent through the study website.
