All participants and their legal guardians – if participants were below 18 years – gave written informed consent in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (2013). They were asked if they understood the instructions and informed that their participation was voluntary, and that they had the right to withdraw from the study at any time. After the end of the study, participants and their legal guardians were fully debriefed. All data were anonymized and saved confidentially.
