: All authors have no conflicts of interest to declare. This article does not contain any studies with animal subjects performed by any of the authors. The conduct of this research conformed to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration. Any information that could identify individuals was anonymized during the research. Furthermore, we referred to the “Guidelines for Proper Handling of Personal Information by Medical Care/Nursing Care Service Providers” and “Things to Keep in Mind for Proper Handling of Personal Health Information on Employment Management” of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan and conducted the study under strict control. The questionnaire for each patient clearly stated that health information would be used in a manner that prevented individuals from being identified, and the Fujitsu Limited internal website regarding health checks and stress checks, which can be viewed by all test takers, included notices explaining that we would answer questions about how health information was managed and that subjects were allowed to opt out. The FUJITSU LIMITED Ethics Committee reviewed this study, and we obtained the approval of the Committee before conducting the study (Ethical Committee Approval No. 24–001).
