: The study was conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Research Ethics and Deontology Committee of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra on February 21, 2024 (Approval code: CEDI/FPCEUC: 84/R_3). Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in the study. Confidentiality was ensured throughout the study. As participants were known to the research team and took part in recorded interviews, anonymity could not be guaranteed; however, all data were pseudonymised and de-identified prior to analysis.
