: I wish to declare that I was previously employed by the NSW Board of Studies as a member of the Visual Arts Project Team responsible for the development of the Subject Evaluation for Visual Arts as part of the McGaw Review of the Higher School Certificate in 1997–1998. I was also the Visual Arts Project Manager (SEO2) responsible for the development of the Stage 6 Visual Arts curriculum in NSW in 1999. I remain involved as a critical friend in current discussions of Visual Arts curriculum reforms with representatives from NESA, the Department of Education NSW and ACARA.
