: The study utilized secondary data, and since patients' history were accessed in order to gather information, the privacy of the patients is the major ethical consideration. The National Medical Register Reference (NMRR) Number: NMRR-17-3029-39236 represents the ethical approval given by the Ministry of Health Medical Research Ethics Committee (MREC). The Gombak District Health Office and the Selangor State Health Department also gave their official approval to collect the data at their office.
