: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of ethical research as established by the Declaration of Helsinki. All study authors complete (at a minimum) annual training in HIPAA compliance and appropriate storage and handling of PHI data. The study employed a retrospective database design and relied entirely on data collected primarily as a routine facet of healthcare operations. Accordingly, the study was exempted from ongoing review and informed consent by Advarra’s <i>Center for IRB Intelligence</i> as protocol number Pro00074469 on 27 September 2023. All study data were stored on encrypted servers accessible only to personnel who were both trained in HIPAA compliance and authorized to view/handle PHI.
