Consent to Participate: Verbal informed consent was obtained from all individual participants prior to the interviews. Participants were informed of the research purpose before data collection commenced, and participation was voluntary.

Ethics approval: This study was based on expert interviews conducted in the participants’ professional capacities. Under the regulations applicable at Technische Universität Berlin, formal ethics committee approval was not required, as no sensitive personal data were collected and the study posed minimal risk to participants. All interviewees were informed of the research purpose, and participation was voluntary. Informed consent was obtained verbally from all participants prior to data collection.
