: Dr. Vincenzo Alfano currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in Political Economy at the University of Napoli “Parthenope.” He is also an associate at the Institute for the Mediterranean of the Italian National Research Council, as well as an associate at the Center for Economic Studies – <i>CESifo</i>. He is a research fellow at the Global Labour Organization <i>– GLO</i>, and a fellow at Italy’s National University Centre for Applied Economic Studies – <i>CiMET</i>. Moreover, he serves as a board member of several scientific journals and is the Managing Editor of <i>Evaluation and Program Planning</i>. Dr. Alfano has broad research interests, ranging from health economics and public health to the economic impact of religion and sports economics. He has published in several renowned scientific journals, including the <i>Journal of Policy Modeling</i>, <i>Health Policy</i>, <i>Journal of Sports Economics</i>, and <i>Political Studies Review</i>.Dr. Massimo Guarino currently holds the position of public administrator for the Cohesion and Development Fund at the Italian Ministry of Culture. He has also been an assistant researcher of Computational Linguistics at the University of Napoli “L’Orientale.” His research interests range from cultural heritage and cultural economics to public economics and quantitative studies, and he has published scientific works in well-known journals, such as <i>Applied Economics</i>.Dr. Francesca Rotondo currently holds the position of junior consultant at the Italian Agency for Territorial Cohesion. She has been an assistant researcher of Public Economics at the University of Napoli “L’Orientale.” Her research mainly concerns economic and political matters, with a focus on quantitative and econometric analysis. She has published scientific works in international journals, such as the <i>Journal of Sports Economics</i>.
