: The protocol was approved by the institutional ethics committee, Lille University Hospital, Lille, France.
: According to French regulations (L1121-1 in “LOI n° 2012–300 du 5 mars 2012 relative aux recherches impliquant la personne humaine”) and institutional ethics committee, retrospective studies are not considered as not of “research involving human beings”. Thus, they are an exemption for formal consent requirement. Nonetheless, patients were informed that their data may be used in research studies and were asked to refuse or not the use of their own data for this study. Data were collected anonymously and after verification of their non-refusal.
