: The study protocol and survey questionnaire were sent to the medical ethical committee of the Academic Medical Centre of the University of Amsterdam who ruled that no formal ethical approval was required for this study. Ethical approval was granted by Newcastle University’s Faculty of Medical Sciences’ Ethics Committee (26860/2022) for the UK data collection. The study adhered to the Icelandic Act no. 90/2018 on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data, as outlined by the Icelandic Data Protection Authority. The Icelandic National Institutional Review Board waived the need for study approval, as the collected information was not considered personal, and all surveys were completed anonymously.
