: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee for Research Involving Humans of the National Institute of Health and Nutrition and the National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health, and Nutrition (No. 3, January 6, 2022).

: Owing to the retrospective nature of the study, informed consent for medical research involving human participants was not required from the individual patients, in accordance with the local ethical guidelines. However, the researchers attempted to notify the participants about the research and provided them with the opportunity to decline participation by posting the information on a public website. No refusals were received and all the obtained data were used in this study.
