: This study was conducted according to globally accepted standards of good clinical practice (as defined in the International Conference on Harmonization Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice, E6 (R2) 01 July 2002), in agreement with the Declaration of Helsinki (64th WMA General Assembly, Fortaleza, Brazil, October 2013) and in keeping with local regulations. The clinical study protocol, informed consent document, and other appropriate documents were submitted to the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital Scientific and Technical Committee (KBTH-STC) and Institutional Review Board (KBTH-IRB) for ethical clearance <b><i>(Reference numbers KBTH-STC 000143/2020 and KBTH-IRB 000143/2020)</i></b>. No amendments or administrative changes were made to the protocol as submitted to the KBTH-STC/KBTH-IRB. After reading the relevant documents, participants gave consent in writing or thumb-printing. This consent was confirmed by the personally dated signature/thumbprint of the participant and by the personally dated signature of the person conducting the informed consent discussions. A copy of the signed consent documents was given to the participants.
